We would like to thank you personally for the great care and attention we received from you when we recently rented a property over the period of a year. In particular we would like to thank Magda who dealt with the majority of our contacts and requests.

Firstly the start up processes were smooth and well organised, we were supported in being newbies to Cyprus and either guided or shown what we needed to do with regards to utilities.

During our time renting with the Property Stop any problems we occurred (which were minimal) such as oven not working, a leaking toilet through wear and tear was dealt with promptly, and if not fixed that day, was resolved within 24hrs. Even when we stupidly ran out of electric someone took us to Girne so we could get it fixed.

Lastly when it came to handing the keys back, the process was efficient and painless.

We are sad not to be renting no longer with the Property Stop. It is not out of choice but where our rental was due to come to an end. We have truly been spoilt having you as our agents and we cannot thank you enough for looking after us so well, which has helped us in our transition to Cyprus life.

“Last year we visited Cyprus with the view to renting a property for a period of six months. We had organised viewing with two very well known estate agents in the North prior to our visit. Sadly the properties they offered us were not very good, and the service was not very professional.
